Heading: Practices and Procedures

Why is it that whenever someone tries to implement the correct procedure to complete a task is always met with opposition? Have you ever stop to think about all the things we do on a daily basis, all the short cuts we make, if we are following the proper procedures that govern these duties, it is my perception that we don't, but if we have an open mind and try the correct procedure we would find that the short cuts were not short cuts after all and the correct way is easier to perform and understand.
